SCMowns Terms of Service

1. Your Acceptance


By using or visiting the SCMowns website provided to you on, from, or through the YouTube website (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to any of these terms please do not use the Service.

2. SCMowns Account


In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a SCMowns account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify SCMowns immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. General Use of the Service—Permissions and Restrictions

  • You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service.
  • You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the SCMowns servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SCMowns grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. SCMowns reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Service with respect to their Content.
  • You agree to not link SCMowns video web page in any of your Modding, Tutorial, Let's Plays videos without written permission. You cannot use our website to link downloads for your videos. If you have linked our webpage in any fashion that violates out Terms will result in a notification. And in serious matters your video(s) will get flagged.
  • You agree not to make profit off SCMowns.com on any content/ forum/ picture, etc.. You cannot sell business promotions on SCMowns.com without written permission either.
  • You agree not to spam SCMowns forums in any way possible. Either topic posts or comments.
  • You agree not to use our website to promote your YouTube/ advertising a product.
  • You agree not to harass or violate anyone's privacy SCMowns.com, from Forum post, comments, blogs, articles, Webpages.
  • You Agree not to Spam/ask SCMowns Help forums or IM with a custom modpack download ( Including HomieCraft, SpookyCraft, Minecraft Daily, etc) We will not provide any downloads of modded jars on this site.
  • You agree to upload / post content that will not contain the following: Nudity, Spam, Harassment, offensive language, graphic sexual activity, adults fighting, other sexual content, physical attacks, youth violence, animal abuse, promotes terrorism, promoted hatred, bulling, scams and frauds, copyrighted materials, Child abuse.
  • You agree Not to post any content / URL's of SCMowns.com forums on any social networks. You cannot claim the content provided on any webpage from SCMowns.com.
  • You agree not to copy and paste information provided on SCMowns.com on any other social networks / websites. You cannot steal information and claim it as your own.

    • 4. Your Use of Content


    The Content on the Service, and the trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") on the Service, are owned by or licensed to SCMowns, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

    When publishing a topic on SCMowns.com you may send it to peers, provided that you are not linking the URL on YouTube. You can share the URL via Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, or any other social networks, But not YouTube without written permission.

    5. Account Termination Policy


    SCMowns will terminate a user's access to the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.

    SCMowns reserves the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length. SCMowns may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user's account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Service.

    6. Permission / Entitlements


    Content, blogs, post, anything that SCMowns.com provides can only be shared with the following YouTubers:

  • SCMowns
  • SCMowns2
  • Remix10tails

    • You may contact SCMowns via "Contacts" to submit a permissions request to use SCMowns.com for a source of downloads, blogs, or anything this website provides. YouTubers that are not on this list cannot post our website link(s) on their videos.

    7. Violation / Copyright


    YouTubers that use our website link(s) without permission will get a warning. After a weeks notice and the YouTuber doesn't respond or doesn't reply to our warning will result in a complete violation of our Terms and will result in:

    8. Website / Ownership


    Everything provided in this website is owned by SCMowns, which includes pictures, logos, banners, slogans, threads, forums, webpages, download topics, and articles. ( but not including mod downloads ). Mod creators that don't want their mod downloads located on SCMowns website can contact SCMowns via email. ( Download link will be removed in 1 - 2 weeks ).

    9. Rewards/ Benefits

    SCMowns is now giving back to those who have been helping around his Help Forums! We are currently working on a reputation system for registered users to gain "Porkchops" and titles as they continue to help out. When a registered user gains a curtain amount of these reputation points he will be rewarded Steam games (These games will be at random!, you will not be asking of a specific game). The system will work as, the more you help out and solve issues the more rewards you'll get. If an moderator or admin sees that you are spamming the threads with false helping information you will lose these reputation points. We are not responsible to give you a free game at a curtain amount of points, You will be noticed by email when you have earned enough points for a free video game.

    10. Instant Chat Messaging (IM)


    Our website now has an IM messaging system powered by envolve. Registered users can instant chat online users. SCMowns is not responsible for what happens during your chat with a stranger online. We cannot assure you that you will be 100% safe when using our IM service. Do not give out your personal information, ex: Passwords, addresses, phone numbers, etc. SCMowns and site moderators will monitor the chats in order to prevent bots, spammers, and users that talk about inappropriate subjects. A direct violation of misusing our instant messaging feature will result in a suspension of your account.
    Instant messaging side rules:
    - Do not spam.
    - Do not ask for help ( We have help forums ) / unless user is willing to help.
    - Do not chat about inappropriate subjects.
    - Do not ask for personal information.
    - Do not create topic groups / partys / or clans on the IM's
    - Don't advertise yourself on the IM's

    If you come across an error while using our new instant chat service please message us on "Contacts" Known bugs are basically lag/ internet issues. ( Your message takes a while to send )

    11. Donations/Server Donations refunds

    Users are entitled to request a refund on any donation made via PayPal within 14 days. If you're a donor and have donated to SCMowns server and have received your rewards/loot chests for donating, your rewards will be removed from your donor player(s). If you no longer have an option to refund your donation money, don't bother asking the admins / host for a refund. Donations are donations, it's not a market. Remember , Donation is the act by which the owner of a thing voluntarily transfers the title and possession of the same from himself to another person, without any consideration; a gift.
    If you have donated and not received your items/loot, you can ask paypal for a refund in the first week. SCMowns and his admins are often busy and can't reach out to all donors. You should have received help in the first day - 6th day after donating.
